Steve and Al were off Mountain biking so I headed straight to the beach. Wind was a bit gusty so rigged the bigger kit. Although it did not seem that windy I was overpowered and struggled to control the board off the back of the swell. Changed down to 5.8 and Evo. First time on an evo and am mighty impressed. What cracking all rounder that is contolable and easy to sail on a wave. I even had a few so called rides and a back loop attempt. Steve and Al arrived and joined in on the fun. I really started to feel that winter is starting to take effect and felt prettycold at times. Brrrrrr
